WeOrganize.lu is back with another ‘All Around the World Soirée’, this time we take you to Cuba and Latin America!

Our famous chef Ion from ( https://www.ion-all-about-food.com/) will prepare a delicious 2 course dinner buffet with a special mix of Cuban & Latin American specialities for you on 5 JULY at 19:30. This will be a CASUAL Not a sit down buffet style dinner!!

Our wonderful Cuban-Latino band CUBANOL, started by Ramiro Pupo Gonzales will let you dance the night away with lovely music from Cuba & Latin America. (Salsa, Bachata and more…)

Appetizers:
Ceviche, Sweet potato pure, tortilla chips

Choices:

Arepas (corn)

Fillings:
Lime chipotle chicken fajitas
Cuban mojo pulled pork (slow-cooker Cuban Mojo pork)
Chipotle- lime Cauliflower- chickpeas) (V)
